come & Try

Manly Warringah Softball Association, celebrating its 50th year, will be once again hosting our famous Come & Try Softball Day at Abbott Road, Curl Curl.

Scheduled for mid-September (but of course TBA in the modern way of these things) the Come & Try Day will be run by experienced softball coaches with assistance from junior representative players.

And we are collecting Expressions of Interest.

With Softball back in the Olympics after thirteen years – and local players Tarni Stepto, Michelle Cox and Jade Wall (from Davidson Softball Club) and Brianna Trim (Warringah Softball Club) representing Australia in Tokyo – we are expecting a great turnout ahead of our ’21/22 season starting in October!

About mwsa

Based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia, MWSA is the largest and fastest growing Women’s Fastpitch Association in NSW.

The Competition is divided into Senior Grades and Junior Divisions. The Seniors run from our highest level players in A Grade to our most senior players in Ladies Grade (over 35’s).

The Junior Division runs from Division 1 through to Division 4 for girls 12 and over. Girls under 12 play mod-ball. Girls and boys aged 4 years and over play Teeball which is a fun introduction to the sport.

The competition has a grade or division to cater for every person – the mature, the very young, the novice and the experienced.
